Contact Aztec Pest. He is not expensive and guarantees his work. Its worth it for carpenter ants. The catch is carpenter any flock to termites. He is in ocala and beats any prices

I'd just measure your door and get a new one. You can get them fairly cheap at Rehab over next to KWI rentals on NW 27 th Ave by 10 th St. I'd go with painted metal instead of wood Remember to replace the screws holding the plate to the frame with 3" screws as that is the weakest entry point for a door.
