A builder most likely wouldn't have left over tile from jobs since they leave what's left for the new homeowners or take it back to the tile supplier. Maybe check with Bowen Tile off NW 27 Ave...or DalTile over there also. They usually have discounted tile

PS...my hubby is a builder & my son is a flooring installer (Intrepid Tile & Flooring). Even flooring installers don't have left over tile. But do try the tile showrooms for builders. I mentioned Bowen & DalTile...but there are others in town too
