Lifetime Fitness usually offers a variety of camps. My kids have also loved Artworks on Mainland. Some dance studios also offer camps, like Lonestar Collective in Boerne. You may want to chcek out the zoo as well. I'll try to remember to post more as I remember. Good luck:-)
