Carol Caudillo was fantastic. She showed me a ton of houses, listened to all my concerns/wants/needs, and had a lot of patience with me. In the end the house I ended up with was one she found that wasn't listed and she found a perfect fit for me. She was great and I highly recommend her. When we rented we went through Sims&Guess on E. University 368-6800...we had a 3 bdrm 2 bath on Holiday St in the Lawndale division near Jordan Elementary...we paid $1100 a month....might have to call or go by there to see what is available and they check your credit. We had to but down 1 month as a deposit too...
