Katherine, it really depends on what style of yoga your friend is interested in receiving their training in. There are so many to choose from. Some are intensive lasting only a couple of weeks and others are much longer lasting months to a year. I did my training with Andrew Eppler in Norman and absolutely loved every minute of it.
