Depends on what you think is reasonable, if you are looking in Saco Bay, just south of the pier in Old Orchard Beach, try looking at Tamarack Realty at http://www.tamarackrealty.com/,or Ocean Park Realty at http://www.oceanparkrealty.com/ And look now because seasonal renters have just picked up their weeks and the remainder go very fast. Keep in mind that Ocean Park is "dry", so any adult beverages would need to be bought out of town and consumed on the rented property.
