Does anyone know of a vet who makes house calls? I have a 80 pound German Shepherd who is totally hysterical when the car is driving. He can't be transported safely....

jami, maybe you should try a thunder shirt for him, they help anxious dogs settle and feel safe... http://www.thundershirt.com/

Dr Brian Dockins has been our vet for nearly 25 years. He's fantastic. He goes above and beyond for us (cows, horses, dogs, cats, Guinea pigs) you name it. He's done everything with is from shots to the painful job of helping our fur babies over the rainbow bridge to which after 25 years he still tears up with us. He's a great vet. And yes, he does house calls.

I think Dr Moody@Bonner Animal Hospital does emergencies. I took my ailing cat (he had stones, and it was during office hours) there years ago and have been with them ever since.
