We registered for the Graco Modes, but also loved the Chicco Keyfit and are still considering it. We had a ball trying out 534534533 strollers one day. lol

We used a book called "Baby Bargains" (now also a website you can subscribe to--see link below), which tested & rated stuff. Often the most expensive model wasn't the best, & we pretty much bought (or were gifted) the top-rated gear. For an infant carseat, I recommend Baby Trend Flex-Loc or EZ Flex Loc. Easy to install & use, & the handle is more comfortable to hold.https://windsorpeak.com/babybargains/

My family Dr is great Dr Naidoo. to see a paediatrician you need a referral I believe. Naidoo is great with my son and will always refer you to someone else when she is unsure. She runs the Windsor east medical clinic. I strongly recommend her.

For paediatrician Dr Essahla is amazing! My little guy loves him! I've heard people say his receptionist isn't very pleasant but I've never had a bad experience with her. But I'm usually pretty friendly with her. And my little guy loves her too, she always makes him smile.
My son saw Dr Hoey out of Guelph...but with a referral from our family Doc....he was a toe walker and had extremely flat feet that caused him a lot of discomfort. He was fantastic and Kurt thought he was "super cool"
Does anyone have a good Dermatologist they can recommend? Mine won't accept my new "Obama Care" PPO. Neither did our son's pediatrician. I'm a little confused right...

Hey, that's why we don't have insurance anymore. We just pay out of pocket. With the "Affordable" Obamacare, our monthly cost was going to increase from $350 to $850, and that was for terrible coverage. Now, we do Samaritans Ministries through the church and get reimbursed for a bill more than $300.......we don't have to deal with insurance anymore and it is so much easier:)
