We use Preventive Pest Control, So Cal - The chemicals seem lass harsh but still do the trick. You only need to be out of house for 20 minutes.. where as some company's want you out of house for hours... I just open up all of the windows/doors in house before they come...

What i'm looking for is Dan Goodman in Arachnophobia. Just as an FYI to all who are interested...We were using Moxie and the problem was getting worse so finally the guy came out yesterday and he handed me sticky pads. Seriously, that was the service!
