I'm a groomer in Alliston any dog that size will. Be $70+ depending on Groomer with some matting heavy matting will likely cost you more and they shave because it hurts the dog to try and brush it out as mats are close to skin. Good luck sorry I can't recommend a groomer in Orangeville for you he is cute. I have heard. Good things about Spears and Shears from others.
