Had the same problem. Very few people will cut a couch and put it back together! I paid a guy two years ago to cut my brand new couch and put it back together. Did an amazing job. I don't have his contact info any more. It was arranged by my amazing sales associate Rosemary at Direct Interiors in Brampton. Just remember once its down there it doesn't come back up!
