Of course you can. Mayson Kayser near Harukas. In my opinion this is definitely among the best bread shops in Osaka and the only branch of this chain in the city. It's not 'officially' a vegan restaurant but CocoMomo & Co is delicious and can cater for vegans if you let the chef know in advance. It's a five minute walk from Kintetsu Abenobashi station. https://www.facebook.com/cocomomonco/
