1) It doesn´t matter where you´re from, what insurance you have, how long your are here, or if you have an ID number - Just go find a GP with the time for you (you should really bother to read a bit more up on SiO - the info IS useful. You can log on there and find a GP... 2) check: www.finn.no - people give away beds for free. All you need is to be able to pick it up, or make an appointment.
I am extremely pleased with Shamoun Zahid at Tveita Legesenter. He has been my familys doctor for 10 years now. If my children is sick he even calls me over the weekend to check on them. He has even given me his cell number in case I need something. He is great
