I use this thing called a Zip-It to remove hair from our sink drains. http://www.amazon.com/Cobra-Products.../dp/B000BO9204 You can find it at Home Depot too.

Best device is the zip stick. Long plastic strip with little barbs on the sides. Pulls out all the hair and gunk. Home Depot has them. Otherwise, RJ Kuhn 630-554-3336. Tell them I sent you and they charge $140 per hour round trip from shop. Sound expensive but others will charge by flat rate and their "hourly rate" is hidden and usually is about $200 per hour.
