Depending on the age of your house, I would advise on being extremely careful due to asbestos insulation which was common until the 60 s. Breathing in that insulation can be deadly.

We had fabulous service from Advanced Air Quality Inc. Good thorough job, everyone was very professional and informative. We have a modular home and hubby was nervous (duct system is slighty different), the owner took the time to fully explain how they do it as well as address my hubby's specific concerns.
