Hoa's custom tailoring. He is in North Syracuse, on S. Main St. near Geddes bakery. My father had gone to him for years, and I went to him when I needed three pairs of pants hemmed for work. Cost me $20 for all three pairs. I'm able to wear jeans now at work so I haven't been to him in a while, but I would highly reccomend him!
