The park model homes that I have seen always have a bedroom on the main floor. Check out Compact Cottages on FB to get a look at their various models.

Recreational Resort Cottages in Rockwall, Texas has some. I just looked at them this weekend. They had some 1 bedroom completely on main floor, no loft. Super cute. Completely customizable too.

I've seen dozens with a single floor layout, even ADA-compliant designs for wide doors, walk-ins, etc. Without more detail on budget, size, location and the like, how do you expect anyone to recommend something?
