Bowen is so so gentle it works great results. Give Allen a call even just to ask if it would be good for your problem 0272837185. He charges $50 for first treatment

Personally after trying them both i wouldnt go back to a chiro i found it cost a whole lot more and i got a better result from 1 visit to an osteopath if i get the chance I usually go and see this dr www.resolveillness.com he knows what he is talking about!

You should try Chris Ramsay at Chiropractic edge. I agree with what others have said, some chiros lock you into months of 3 weekly visits. I love going to the chiro, me and my son (16 months) were actually there today. I couldnt do pregnancy without it!

I have been to a lot of different people and techniques. The one that always works is Bowen therapy Allen Edwards in pukekohe

Another option is to have a chat with Sarah Armstrong from Principle Health. She does cranial sacral therapy which is non-manipulative (in our experience) and it's really therapeutic and calming.
