Another thing about this is that I can't take conventional multi-vitamins because the B vitamins jack me up so much that I can't sleep! This one has all the good Bs and it doesn't make me wired.

My naturopathic doctor has me on a multi-vitamin called "Full of Life." (I can give you more info off the label if you want to look for it). I am very anemic, too. I tried the liquid iron, and most recently a product called "Blood Max" by Premier. The Full of Life is so good, that I don't have to take an additional iron supplement anymore! Good luck to you! I will get shaky when I am low on iron. For years I thought it was a blood sugar issue. It's great when we can identify the problem and work on it! Oh, and eat kelp
