Where do they live? I can give you some references. I would not rely on pet stores for a risk of biting. Also check with Silicon Valley or Peninsula Humane Society. Even if they meet with a good trainer once, they should get a program for how to start working with their dog. No quick fixes, unfortunately. The Growly Dog class would also be a good start.
