The cleanup and sod; I recommend David (850) 258-1800 and for the irrigation, I recommend Perry with Northwest Sprinklers (850) 867-0601 They both treated me right, fixed what I needed and didn’t try to do (extra), and they priced more than fairly for their services. They also do a fantastic job.
