If you're ok with traveling a bit, I just got married at The Historic Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem, PA. We used the 1741 on the Terrace restaurant, which has a '20 s-style conservatory vibe. Our package was $119/person including 4-hour open bar, ceremony and reception space, cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres (including private room for the bridal party), plated meal, and a night for us in a suite. They took really good care of us!

Hi! Have you checked out The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ? We are getting married in the Conservatory. Prices are around $150 a head all inclusive (alcohol, fantastic food, cake, maitre d). That's pricing for a Friday night (Min head count 100). If you did an afternoon brunch wedding it would be even cheaper and I think head count can be 75!

A Unitarian Universalist congregation can be an affordable place to have both your ceremony and non-dry reception. All couples and beliefs welcome. https://muuf.org/rentals/ https://www.uumontclair.org/rentals-2/ https://www.uuridgewood.org/our-facilities/ http://www.unitariansociety.org/rentals/ http://cucparamus.com/welcome/rentals/ https://www.weddingwire.com/biz/beacon-unitarian-universalist-congregation-in-summit-summit/14273 df2 ac82 ca00.html

I gave up on an in-season wedding precisely because of the guest count. Getting married in NY state in the winter at a place with a minimum of 75 guests and the cost including ceremony, cake, alcohol, hors deourves, 3 course dinner, bridal suite for getting ready - everything you can think of - is $104/pp before tax/service fee/tip. Good luck - I would try and find places where you're just paying for a space rental and can do whatever you would like for guest counts and caterers! We looked at a lot of farms/barns for that kind of thing.

I was just recently at a wedding at http://www.martinsvillegardens.com/ and they were a reasonable price for a Friday night wedding. I think it was 65-75 pp all-inclusive. I'm not sure if they have any minimum guest count however.
