You can call your insurance and ask which doctors they cover. Or go online to Priority Partners website and find search the list of doctors. You should've received a package of all their doctors at the beginning of every year.

I see Dr. Rosenstein. He is in the same practice with Khan. No matter who you see there, they are all great docs. 410-296-4210. Good luck, I hope they take your insurance.

Unfortunately those lists and online drs often are not taking new patients. The websites don't get updated. Best to call the Dr office, find out if they take it, and if they are taking new patients BEFORE switching anything. Trust me I had to do the work to find one taking new patients.

I would want a surgeon to take my gallbladder out. GI docs are not licensed to do that kind of surgery. There are some good surgeon over here at Good Samaritan Dr. Jeremy Weiner and his partners, Dr. Vinay Gupta at Union Memorial; Just to name a couple.

I went to Dr Suter once and would not recommend him. He basically made fun of me for eating a healthy diet and said I needed to eat more pre-packaged, processed foods. Also, he had two large dogs in the office that wandered in and out of the exam room while I was there.

We used to go to North Parkville. Our doctor was Dr. Yamchek. She is wonderful if your kids are healthy. She misdiagnosed my daughter at 6 months causing her to be on 5 antibiotics and an infection to spread. Johns Hopkins could not believe that she never ordered a simple test that would have given results within 24 hours. We decided to stay with her thinking it was a rare situation. She later told me she had hand foot and mouth disease when absolutely nothing was wrong. I strongly believe she wanted more appointments for the money. My youngest daughter had a 2 on her lead paint reading. She told me she needed to be retested. I called 11 different pediatricians in our area to confirm. All of them said this was not the case. When I asked her and told her what the others had said she kept backstepping and was speechless. She admitted there was no reason for retesting. Please be cautious of choosing her. Again, we had mostly good experiences so we stayed much longer than we should have.

one pc of advice is the lists online are NOT updated. If it says a doctor is available you better call them first and make sure they take your insurance and are taking new patients. It's a lot of legwork! I just got done doing it. Rely on YOU and not any govt internet site of providers. Just use it to get names but call and check with them before selecting. Overlea Physicians is good as well, Lots of docs all in one place. On Belair Rd near beltway exits not sure what that shopping center is called, has the cheap movies in it.
