Since the dentist is closed I'd get a toothpick, put as much pressure as I could and suck the stuff and spit it out. Repeat Repeat Repeat and rinse. Then a mega dose of Vitamin C. That's just me. The pressure of the gunk(infection) causes the pain. That's just me.
