C&S tattoo did my tattoo and a few other ppl I know, and did awesome work. And I've also heard lots of good things about Dark Hour. It's really all about personal preference. You could ask a hundred different ppl the same question and get a hundred different answers. Just gotta look on FB, or go to there shops and check out there work and meet the ppl.
