Bay State Physical Therapy. They have several locations, and are great!

I've also heard good things about the PT department at Salem Hospital, but haven't had personal experience with them, so can only pass along someone else's opinion. They're MUCH closer to you

My father-in-law did PT at Salem Hospital after he had knee replacement surgery. He had nothing but good things to say about them.
