Earl Johnston roofing has tons of good reviews on angie's list and they did our roof well. The reviews mentioned that they will tell you what is really wrong (one guys leak was from the air conditioner vents not the roof. While I was looking I also saw that Latite roofing had a lot of good reviews as well. you can google either one for their number.
