If you do knock it down there are people such as Historic Houseparts in Rochester who might come salvage doors, woodwork and other parts for reuse so it doesn't all end up in the landfill. There are lots of customers for such things. Also, doorknobs, hinges, beams and mantels.

I second a call to White's Construction. Not only is it my dad and Uncle but also two locals who were born and bread on Keuka Lake. Check out 901 East Bluff Drive. Started with a mobile home on it, now a 4500+ sq/ft home that doesn't look out of place or like a monstrosity. Give them a call 315-730-4541
