Rob Zammet (I think that's his name out Richmond way) is amazing! My friends dog is allergic to lots of things. He ran tests and the dog is now fine. He is incredible & very thorough!

Does anyone know a good dog trainer in Penrith I have a friend that is looking for one maybe my Vet Nurse friends Carly Hopkins Bee Bonanno?

Lisa McDeed these 2 might help
Carly H. replied:
Jill does the puppy pre school at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital.... She does a fantastic job... But it depends on the age of your dog.... Puppy school is for pups under 12 weeks (smaller breeds maybe up to 16 weeks),, then you move on to adolescent training. Both dave or Jill could help with these!
i was just wondering wheres the friendly but not to expensive vet to go to?? lizzy has a itch and she runs up the brick wall and scratch's any advice ??

hopefully its not a canine fungal infection in these damp conditions, bath her and blow dry on medium if she is still doing it and has no fleas, prolly see a vet?.. I dunno my dogs do it sometimes, a bath usually helps, South Penrith Vet in Stafford street corner of Colless St is a good vet.

It's that time of year for summer itches. Lizzy is part staffy so she could suffer in part from the staffy skin, which can be dry and sensitive to other things like demodex. I would say it's probably the summer itches. As we suffer hayfever our canine friends suffer with skin irritations - some more than others. Fish Oil is good for the skin as well joints. You can give her some fish with her dinner 2 - 3 times a week. Another thing I use is Paw Paw ointment. I swear by it. I use that on Ciara and it helps immensely. Also bathing her in an Oatmeal shampoo like Aloveen is beneficial. It is soothing to their skin as it has Aloe Vera in it as well. Aloveen also has a conditioner that you can apply and leave in which is very soothing. Give those a try and see how you go.
