Harvest Home Improvements, Bracken Mountain Builders and Jim Fox all get my vote for contractors. As for doctors, I like Blue Sky, in Hendersonville and in Brevard, Dr. Wells is the best pediatrician on planet earth. Eye doctors? Toss up. I am fine with Lens Crafters attached eye doctors. Personally, I don't see eye doctors as a profession that requires real skill or craft. They are the line cooks of the medical profession...not the chef, so to speak. Acupuncture, Bruce Ladd is the bomb. There is only one architect with a true aesthetic and that is Platt Architecture. They far out design any firm I've ever seen. Neurologist? Not sure about this one. Dentist, Cozart seems pretty good. WaterOak Dentistry is also pretty good.
