Tim, you and Maureen are both on the right page with the style aspects. Moorish Revival contained these elements and was briefly popular. This particular mansion was built by a well known Peoria family who lived in it for only a short time. They owned quite a bit of land in the North Valley area. Perhaps someone will guess that part....
