for mine I have gone to Nutrena's Special Care ($21/50 lbs@Rafter D) for insulin resistant and Cushings horses/ponies. I like Sue's comments too; I started out w/ sugar free beet pulp and rice bran then switched to Special Care about 2 months ago. all of mine get theirs soaked too.

We feed Nutrena products-Nutrena Safechoice Special Care might be an option. They have a feed selector on their website, where you put in the info about your horse and it recommends a feed.
