MD School for the Blind does a 3 and 4 year old program that incorporates developmentally diverse and "typical" children, for less than $150 per month. They offer a full-day program at age 4. The facility is immaculate and the amount of equipment and l earning tools they have access to far surpassed what my (now 4 yo and 6 yo) kids have had in public school. Leaps and Bounds is great too -- we had our son there for years and LOVED the close, family atmosphere. It was out of our price range eventually.
