If you're up RR way, Q&T Jewelry in La Frontera does all of my repairs and watch batteries. I think they charge like $6, and they usually have it done in 5 minutes.

Pflugerville Jewelry and Coins in POP on FM 685 is great for all kinds of watches. Super quick and friendly. I can't recall the exact price, but I know it was not expensive. My husband has a watch that Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreens can not do, so yours could be cheaper since the price varies depending on the battery and complexity of removal.
