James. What Paul means is cast a custom one. I actually agree with him if you need many pieces - and the price doesn't matter. I would recommend, pure brass ones, like these: http://www.buckleguy.com/1097-3-8-natural-brass-center-bar-buckle-solid-brass-ll/. You can choose them with nickel or gold finish, so you don't need to worry about corrosion.
