In our area, property management companies typically handle rentals vs. realtors, who focus on sales. Some agents are property managers independently. You can look on www.realtor.com for rentals & it will tell you the management company's info.

Realtors in this area do not offer tenant agency. There are many agents, like myself, that represent sellers, buyers and landlords. If you are looking for rental property you have a few choices, look online, ahrn.com is a good source. Find properties that you are interested in and call the agent or company to get instructions on how to see the property. Another way is to go to the Different real estate companies in town and pick up their list of rental properties and ask to check out keys to the ones you are interested in.
