The architect designing and representing the couple was Steve Maffai, the same guy who designed a house in the hood I have listed. He has done a lot in this neighborhood and a really nice guy to work with. I have now pretty much decided to wait until the new construction on carpenter is finished and increases my property value before selling. I am removing it from the market as soon as my contract is up June 1 st. I am posting the link to my house photos just so you can see his work.
