Anyone out there know a mortgage broker or underwriter? I have a legal question for them!
Jason S. replied:
My best friend. Brian Szabo should be able to help you out. Smartest person I know in the industry.
Dan K. replied:
No offense to the brokers or underwriters out their, but I would ask an attorney instead. Give John Hanson at Sacks Tierney a buzz. I can provide his info offline if you need.
