I know Dave Landon for a agent. A woman named Michelle Holloway for painting, and her husband does carpet. For the wall paper, I would wait until you talk to a agent. They may say to just leave it. Wallpaper is a pain to remove, but I think Michelle does that to. You don't want to put more in than you will get out. Also Todd Ruckle is another agent.
