Just a recommendation--whoever you use as your realtor, you should suggest that s/he list it on " www.militarybyowner.com " You don't have to be doing a FSBO to use the site. That site gets A LOT of internet traffic from military who are going to PCS here.

I would also suggest posting to bookoo.com at some of the larger posts (Irwin, Knox, ext...I'd even hit up overseas like Graf, Ramstein) Bookoo is extremely popular overseas as there is no craigslist. When we were in Graf I saw many posts from Bragg, Bliss....worth a shot.
