Where's the best and most reasonable place for spay & neuter?

Use the Humane Society. I tried Pet Allies but they killed my dog so I don't recommend them.

I lost a dog during a neuter. Not at Pet Allies but with a beloved vet we always used. Some dogs dont do well with anesthesia and mine didnt. Its MY feeling that the very young and older dogs dont tolerate it as well. I waited with my next dogs til they were a bit older and its been fine. It wasnt the procedure that killed my pet, it was the drug to put him under.... so sad. It does happen. We try to do the right thing and the outcome was not good. Could not see it coming. On the other hand, I had a german shepherd that I never had fixed and he died of prostate cancer at 15 years old that neutering may have fixed. So I had a choice - surgery? or let him go.??? He was going to go anyway...I didnt put him thru the surgery. Its hard being a pet mom......
