Hi Kerrie, We can't (the Lowyers) in Perú legalize, only the Notaries Public, if the letter Isabel in English it must besos translated into Spanish by an oficial translated and legalize by Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (Foreing Affairs). Goodluck
