Paul Alan - we had the slowest laptop ever and he has totally transformed it and put various packages to avoid viruses, pop ups etc! Don't bother trying it yourself just give it to Paul for 24 hours. Best money u will spend. X

I second that, get Malwarebytes and a program called CCleaner. That will get id of anything malicious and clear out the junk. Alternatvely, go along to Highfield Comunity centre. They have an Internet Cafe on Thursday mornings, a guy called Mike Caldwell is there and he's a wizard. might have to pay like £1 an hour which goes to the community centre. should call the community centre to ask whether he's in next Thursday.
