I like Dermatology Partners of Western NY, L.L.P. We see Dr. Allison Holm or Maria DeRosa, N.P. Both are great. They do cosmetic work as well but don't push any of that on you.

I went to Dr. Xenias for years, he's nice, too, but had to move us on to Dr. Holm with a situation he didn't know how to resolve. Competent for basic stuff, though.
