YL Community Center has at least one of their rooms set up that way and is affordable, I went to an event there recently. They also allow catering. I am sorry for your loss and hope you find the perfect place.

We used the YL Community Center for my father-in-law's memorial. We were allowed to use our own caterer and serve beer and wine. They do require a 'security guard' to be present if alcohol is served - they provide a resource for this and I don't rememb er it being very expensive. Depending on which room you select, there are adjacent patios outside. The facility was perfect for our purposes and wasn't super expensive. We used Blue Agave as the caterer because my mother-in-law wanted a Mexican buffet - they were excellent. Stefano's Golden Baked Hams would be a great choice as well.
