I do not have an acupuncturist to recommend but I do suffer back pain (muscle related not disk issues). And I did want to share something that has changed my life - an acupressure mat. Just 10 minutes on the mat and I go from barely being able to move to being able to walk again.. I did not believe it was going to work but it was the best $30 I have spent on my back.. HemingWeigh Complete Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set with Bonus Carry Bag (Black) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ECEQEE6/ref=s9_dcacsd_dcoop_bw_c_x_2_w It is by Hemmingweigh and I bought it at Amazon. I hope the link works. I call it my miracle mat.

Sorry, I don't know if one but I've suffered with back pain and neuralgia - mind you it got unbearable when I we pregnant. Mark Harrington, chiropractor at Shenandoah Plaza was/is wonderful. And he doesn't make you go several times to milk money from patients. It's been a great experience in case you want to consider giving it a try.
