In Kittery... Tulsi Indian restaurant is a MUST ... The chef has been nominated 3 years in a row top chef on the sea coast ... He is so humble and so talented... Try the Shrimp Balchow !! Surf restaurant in Portsmouth is great with the best view in the city!!
