Check out a website called lawtrades.com. you submit what you need, they find a lawyer that can do it, and the initial call is only $80. After that, the lawyer makes a proposal and you can decide how and if you want to move forward. It's like Uber for finding a lawyer - I had a really good experience using it recently.

call Brian Donahue at Plymouth Legal Centre 508 747 2300, 1 Court ST middle of downtown. This is a perfect fit for you. Brian is reasonably priced, unlimited advice and excellent service. He does so many of these small claims for minimal fees as a regular lawyer will not even talk to you for under $1,000.00, and your case will not be a priority. I hope you took lots of photos when you vacated....

He might like the building I have an office in, 18 Main St. Ext. That sign "Starting at $400" is actually for the offices in my building I believe. They added a fourth floor a few years ago and there's also a shared conference room, so it's really a great space. Many of the offices have decks overlooking Brewster Park and the harbor and the majority of tenants are lawyers, so could be nice networking for him. This is the building that has Cafe Strega on the bottom level. Here's the contact info, owner is Alex Kent.
