Inspector Mike Hoberecht is the best. We've used him as well as several friends. He's also the inspector recommended by The Appliance Doctor Joe Gagnon. He saved us from buying a house with foundation issues that weren't obvious. http://www.inspectormike.com/ We had to use a different inspector for the house we ended up buying because Mike was booked up, and we were less than happy. Mike is the man.

We are two weeks out from closing on our house here and we used Fletcher Inspections (Matt was our inspector). He was seriously amazing! I called a few home inspection companies and liked Fletcher Inspections best. I'd highly recommend them.

We used George Krause at [Krause Inspect](http://www.krauseinspect.com/). Not sure what you get with other inspections but he put together an inspection report with photos of all of the areas that needed to be addressed. We also were signed up for an appliance recall service that hit on our dishwasher and saved us from potentially burning the house down. He also tags and labels all of the shut off valves in the basement.

I used Richard H. Becker. Incredibly detailed report. Report included pictures and/or diagrams where he found even minor issues. Much better than the inspection on the last house I bought (east coast).
