Try Shear Madness salon five mile at Merriman. It's a beauty shop with a nail booth inside. You do need to have an apt (usually don't do walk ins)

Bee Waxed at Laurel Park is good for waxing and mani/pedi's sometimes you can walk in, their pedi chairs use a disposable liner for the soaks.
